Soulstice Offerings utilizes a masterful blend of these healing modalities; combining ancient techniques of Breathwork and Meditation, Frequential Sound Therapy & bodily wellness through relaxation and self care to promote a restored sense of inner balance and confidence in one's intuitive knowing.
Taylor's Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator Training with Awakened Breath gave her the awareness and skills to utilize Holotropic style, trauma-releasing breathwork.
This, along with client integration and post-space holding sessions, are where she feels the most transformative breakthroughs are able to happen for clients.
She offers 1 on 1 Coaching to help cultivate one's spiritual practice & mentorship in living with Ritual & Devotion to One's Soul Path. Empowerment coaching in transmuting our experiences to be the unique wisdom we get to evolve through.
Taylor's healing intentions aren't only found in healing & coaching sessions - her dj sets often begin or end with a live Sound Bath & Breathwork with Guided Meditation throughout.
Weaved throughout each set are inspirational and empowering live vocal lyrics & Mantra as well.
She holds Sound Healing workshops at studios, wellness spaces & transformational festivals across the country as well as internationally.
In music production, Taylor enjoys weaving deep, downtempo sub sonics with singing bowl and hardpan recordings, intentional Solfeggio and Binaural frequencies, intentional Hindu Mantras & inspiring, heart channel ballads.
What started as a desire to create her own meditation tracks to go along with her guided meditations turned into a deep discovery of a soul calling.

How Sound Heals
